Rep. Tom Reed is calling for a federal investigation into Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s handling of the pandemic. The Republican from upstate Corning is arguing that the governor’s order requiring nursing homes to accept COVID-19-positive patients directly led to the deaths of thousands of residents."Fifteen thousand souls died as a result of Gov.
